A Path That Fits is a career coaching and life coaching company based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Brooklyn, New York. Our specialty is pathfinding. We believe that everyone has a path that fits who they are and we’re committed to helping you find it.

We think about careers a little bit differently… We see your career as an opportunity to express your gifts and make a positive contribution to the world. Our unique career pathfinding process guides you to discover your innate gifts and passions and translate them into the right career for you.

We’ve helped thousands of people find work they love and build successful careers. We use a mindfulness based approach to gain clarity and concrete action to get results.

All of our career and life coaches are seasoned experts with at least 10 years of experience. We offer one-on-one coaching in person in San Francisco and Brooklyn and virtually to our clients on every continent. We also have an online career coaching program that makes it possible for you to work with us from anywhere in the world. Think of it as your online career coach – on demand whenever you want.

Adrian Klaphaak (he/him)

This company is my life’s work. It’s my path that fits. I’ve poured all of myself into creating the most effective and meaningful coaching programs possible because I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has unique gifts and a purpose that has shaped them to do great work. I am here to awaken your soul’s power and guide you onto your true path.

Daniel Fine (he/him)

I help people see expanded possibilities for themselves, their lives, and careers. I have a unique ability to see a person’s beauty and brilliance and call it forth into their life and work.

Amanda Halabi (she/her)

My purpose in life is to empower people by creating a safe container for them to explore, dream and author their future. My goal is to help you become more yourself in every area of your life. I believe in a world where you wake up excited for what’s to come, and with my background in Psychology and Change Management consulting I am here and ready to support you every step of the way.

Location

We work with clients in person in our offices in San Francisco and Brooklyn, and coach clients all over the world via phone and Skype.

Adrian is available as your online career coach in the Career Pathfinder Coaching Program. It makes career change coaching available on demand, anywhere in the world.
